WHAT IS CRYSTAL REIKI ENERGY HEALING?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress relief and relaxation. Reiki, itself, is Spiritually Guided Life force energy channeled from the Healer to the client to provide relaxation as well as assist in creating healthy flow of Ki in the body. Reiki is also known as Energy Medicine and Energy Healing. The specific practice of Energy healing I use is the Usui Holy Fire Reiki which activates your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Overall health is attained by having healthy Ki ( Life force energy) in the body flowing throughout the energy centers (Chakras) and also in the aura! It can be done hands on or at a distance. ( As mentioned due to Covid 19 all my sessions are done remotely). The newest extension of Reiki is Holy Fire Reiki which was developed by William Lee Rand and taught in the Holy Fire training alongside the Usui Methods and symbols. Together they create an even more illuminated and deeper healing experience. Just like the element of Fire, Usui Holy Fire Reiki is TRANSFORMATIONAL, Brings PURIFICATION, HEALING, EMPOWERMENT & also tends to marinate over time. The effects of this type of Energy healing goes beyond what you experience in the session alone, but develops over time!
The process of receiving Reiki in a Healing session can be both relaxing and meditative. It is a release on the subconscious as well as on a conscious level. One of the most special aspects of a Crystal Reiki Session is the access to Emotional Body healing. So many of us experience Trauma (at varying degrees) and when these unprocessed emotional woundings and resentment are held in the body they can create physical ailments and pains, even illnesses that are calling out for attention!
During the treatment I use Crystals in the channeling process, and guide my clients to use what they have of their own. Crystals amplify the energy of a Healing and can assist in clearing a particular block or attachment in the chakras. Crystals and minerals hold naturally high vibrations as well as specific healing properties unique to each stone. They provide different physical and emotional needs. These natural minerals amplify energy and therefore assist in directing the flow throughout the energetic and physical body.
After working with crystals for nearly a decade, I have an intuitive connection with them and the energy they hold! Combining Reiki with Crystal Healing seemed so natural as they both seem to do the same thing : Activate your body’s natural ability to heal itself! It becomes a synergy and literal Alchemy! I am guided by my Intuition as well as Spirit to choose which crystals will be most beneficial and unique to each client to fit their healing needs. The stones I have worked with have been a tremendous help to my practice and allow more energy to flow through the work we do together! Even remotely, I use Crystals around my conduit Reiki doll to amplify the healing energy.
In the Reiki Healing I do, there is a complete DISTANCE symbol that I use ( All Reiki Symbols are Sacred and only to be shared with those activated to Reiki for their full use and benefits-hence why they are not shown on this site) but this Distance Symbol means “Everything is Pure Consciousness”. This recognizes that everything is energy and that time & space between the Healer and recipient is not limited by destination! Just as you feel a loved ones love from another city, state or country, Reiki, too can be felt and received!
For The Distance Reiki Process I contact my client at the beginning of the session to establish their needs. I provide music links as well as guidance to relax and be open to receive the healing. During the sending of healing energy I receive messages and images for the client which I share after the Reiki is sent!
The messages and images I receive vary by each client and can be seeing their Aura and colors to detailed images, and messages, sometimes even memories of the client. The more open the client is to the Healing process, the more that comes through!
I have found that no matter where you are on your healing journey, be it a beginner, a long time lover of the metaphysical world , or even a Healer yourself, You can benefit greatly from Reiki Energy Healing!

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A REIKI SESSION & WHAT TO EXPECT
The Reiki Treatment process is relaxing, however, it is an energetic release and can be an emotional experience. It is helpful to dress comfortably as you will be laying down most of the session. Drinking plenty of water before AND after the session is recommended as to hydrate the body and also (after the process) continue the release and cleansing process! Get plenty of rest the night before and if possible, do not schedule any strenuous activities or stressful work following the session. This way you allow yourself to marinate in the Reiki Holy Fire energy and allow yourself a “Self Care” day! Please also have an open mind and open heart!
Please note that the session is for YOU and you alone. There will be no other guests allowed in the Healing room during the session. (Unless you are a minor and must have parental consent and presence of your Guardian). No pets are allowed in the space. I ask that all cellphones are on airplane mode for no distractions to your healing experience.
Many of my clients come with Physical/ mental and emotional ailments - aches, pains, breaks, irritable bowel syndrome, as well as insomnia, addiction, emotional suffering & distress, anxiety, depression. I have seen and felt Reiki make huge strides and improvements in all of these cases.
REIKI is not a medical cure. It works in partnership with any other medical treatments you may be utilizing for your well being.
If you are seeing a medical Doctor for your current medical or mental health care issues or illnesses, I do suggest Reiki in addition to your medical support and not a replacement. Reiki Holy Fire Energy and Spiritual Guidance are wonderful tools to assist in your healing and Spiritual Path and trust you to make your best health and wellness choices.
